Overview

Bullion Tracker is a personal bullion, coin and bar tracking tool. It is designed to help users organise their own collections, wishlists and series progress.

Bullion Tracker is not a bullion dealer, financial adviser, tax adviser, investment platform or storage provider.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own buying, selling, investment and tax decisions.

If you need advice, you should speak to a qualified professional.

Prices, values and market data

Prices, melt values, premiums, portfolio values and calculations are provided for information only and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

Bullion values can change quickly. You should check live prices with a trusted dealer or professional source before buying, selling or making decisions.

Coin and bar information

Bullion Tracker may include information about coins, bars, series, mintage figures, specifications, images, descriptions and related products.

We try to keep information accurate, but errors may occur. You should check important details with official mint sources, reputable dealers or trusted references.

Accounts

To create an account, you need to provide an email address and password.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately.

Where available, users can and should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account page to add extra protection to their account.

Your collection data

Your collection, wishlist and progress data are private to your account. Other users cannot view your saved collection.

You are responsible for the information you add to your account, including owned items, quantities, purchase details, notes and wishlist items.

Bullion Tracker is a tracking tool only. It should not be treated as proof that you own a specific coin, bar or item.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the account page where this option is available.

When your account is deleted, your saved collection, wishlist and progress data will also be deleted or anonymised unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security or technical reasons.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Bullion Tracker or attempt to access another user’s account or private data.

We may suspend or delete accounts that misuse the website.

Data

You retain responsibility for the data you enter. We may process it to provide the Bullion Tracker service.

You should keep your own important records separately and should not rely on Bullion Tracker as your only record of ownership, purchases or values.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems or other reasons outside our control.

Third-party links and content

Some pages may include third-party links, images or references. These are provided for convenience only. Bullion Tracker is not responsible for third-party websites, content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

Bullion Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullion Tracker is not responsible for financial losses, investment losses, tax consequences, incorrect prices, inaccurate information, missed opportunities, website downtime or loss of account data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.
