Bullion Tracker is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. We only require an email address to create an account.
We do not ask for your full name, home address, phone number, payment details, tax information or identification documents.
Your saved collection is private to your account and is not publicly visible to other users.
What we collect

- Collection data you choose to save, such as coins, bars, quantities, wishlist items, series progress and notes.
- Basic technical logs used for security, troubleshooting and protecting the website from misuse.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your real name.
- We do not ask for your postal address.
- We do not ask for your phone number.
- We do not ask for payment card or bank details.
- We do not ask for tax information.
- We do not ask for proof of ownership or identification documents.
How we use it
- To provide account login, collection tracking, wishlist and series progress features.
- To keep your private collection data linked to your own account.
- To secure the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical problems.

Your collection privacy
Your saved collection, wishlist, quantities, notes and progress are private to your account. Other users cannot view your collection.
Bullion Tracker does not provide a public profile showing what you own.
Two-factor authentication
Where available, users can and should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account page. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your Bullion Tracker account.
You should also use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sessions, login and security. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not sell or share collection data with advertisers.
We only share limited information where necessary to run or protect the service, or where legally required.
Legal requests
Bullion Tracker does not publicly display user collections and does not voluntarily share collection data. However, like any UK website, we may be required to disclose information if there is a valid legal obligation to do so.
Security
No online service can guarantee that it is impossible to attack, but Bullion Tracker is designed to reduce risk by collecting as little personal information as possible.
We use security measures such as HTTPS, secure password hashing, restricted access and server-side protections where appropriate.
Retention
We keep account and collection data while your account remains active.
Technical logs may be kept for a limited period to help diagnose errors, prevent abuse and keep the website secure.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the account page where this option is available.
When your account is deleted, your saved collection, wishlist and progress data will also be deleted or anonymised unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security or technical reasons.
Financial and tax information
Bullion Tracker is a collection tracking tool. We do not provide financial, investment or tax advice.
We do not ask users to provide tax information, and we do not calculate personal tax liability.
