How Bullion Tracker Works

Track your bullion privately, clearly and without unnecessary personal details.

Bullion Tracker is built for stackers, collectors and long-term holders who want a simple way to organise coins, bars, wishlists and series progress.

Privacy first

You only need an email address and password to create an account. Bullion Tracker does not ask for your name, home address, phone number, payment details, tax information or identification documents.

Your saved collection is private to your account and is not publicly visible to other users.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email address, choose a strong password and start building your private collection dashboard.

For extra protection, you can and should enable two-factor authentication from your account page.

2. Add coins and bars

Search the Bullion Tracker database and add coins or bars to your collection, wishlist or series tracker.

Where available, items include structured details such as metal, weight, purity, mint, country, mintage, series and design information.

3. Track your stack

Your dashboard helps you see what you own, what you are working towards and how your collection is building over time.

You can track coins, bars, wishlists and series progress in a clean layout designed for both desktop and mobile.

4. Monitor estimated values

Bullion Tracker can display estimated melt values, spot-price based figures and collection totals to help you understand the approximate value of your stack.

These values are guides only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they may not match the exact price you could buy or sell an item for.

5. Build wishlists and series progress

Use wishlists to plan future purchases and series progress to see how close you are to completing a set.

Bullion Tracker is designed to make collecting feel organised, visual and easy to follow.

6. Stay in control of your account

You can manage your account, update your security settings and enable two-factor authentication from your account page.

You can also delete your account from the account page. When your account is deleted, your saved collection, wishlist and progress data will be deleted or anonymised unless limited information has to be kept for legal, security or technical reasons.

Built to reduce risk

No online service can claim to be impossible to attack, but Bullion Tracker reduces risk by collecting as little personal information as possible.

We do not provide a public profile showing what you own, and your collection is private to your account.
