The 2000 1oz Gold Britannia Bullion Coin - 22ct is struck by The Royal Mint as part of the United Kingdom's flagship Gold Britannia bullion series. It contains one troy ounce of fine gold and belongs to the classic 22-carat Gold Britannia era, a long-running programme that links British legal tender coinage with international bullion collecting. The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II (Ian Rank-Broadley effigy), while the reverse carries Standing Britannia by Philip Nathan.
