The 1993 1oz Silver Maple Leaf Bullion Coin was issued by the Royal Canadian Mint as part of Canada’s flagship silver bullion series. Struck from one troy ounce of .9999 fine silver, it combines a high-purity silver specification with the classic maple leaf reverse designed by Walter Ott.
The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II using the Dora de Pédery-Hunt effigy, while the reverse carries the national maple leaf emblem with the weight and purity inscriptions around the design. This date belongs to the original plain-field period before radial-line security details were added.
